We collect contact and project information that you submit through quote or contact forms, including name, company, email, phone number, and deployment details.

How We Use Information

Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare project quotes, plan deployments, and provide relevant service follow-up. We do not sell submitted contact data.

Data Handling

Form submissions are retained in secure internal systems with access restricted to authorized personnel. Operational security controls are applied to protect stored data.

Catalog Connector / API

The TurnstileOps public catalog connector at mcp.turnstileops.com provides anonymous, read-only access to public product details, vendor profiles, BIM/CAD asset links, and specifier resources. It does not require an account or ask for names, contact details, credentials, precise location, or a full chat transcript.

The connector processes the search terms, record identifiers, filters, and other tool inputs that the client sends. For rate limiting, security, abuse prevention, debugging, and reliability, it may also process limited connection metadata such as an IP address and user-agent. The application keeps its per-IP rate-limit key only in memory for the active 60-second window.

TurnstileOps does not sell connector data or use it for advertising. Hosting and security service providers may process limited operational data only to operate and protect the service.
