Founded in 1995 by brothers Michael and Patrick Kiernan in Blairsville, Georgia, Panel Built designs and fabricates made-to-order modular buildings across six production facilities totaling roughly 240,000 sq ft in Georgia and Tennessee. The company's security-booth and guardhouse product lines are designed for rapid deployment at facility perimeters, vehicle checkpoints, parking-lot entry points, and access-control lanes. Heritage
Michael and Patrick Kiernan founded Panel Built in June 1995, beginning with pre-manufactured panelized warehouse and manufacturing-office structures in Blairsville, Georgia. The company expanded its product line from interior modular offices and mezzanines into exterior prefabricated buildings, security booths, and ballistic-rated structures. By its 25th anniversary in 2020, Panel Built had completed projects in all 50 US states and in international locations including South Korea, Canada, Italy, Greenland, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
